1. To measure the circumference of your back :
Stand upright and place the tape measure flat just below your breasts, avoiding squeezing it too tightly or holding it too wide so as not to distort the measurements.

2. To find out your cup depth, measure the circumference of your bustline:
Stand up straight and place the tape measure horizontally and flat on your chest at the tips of your breasts. It should pass under your armpits and over your shoulder blades. The difference between your bust size and your back size will determine your cup size.
If, for example, your back is 75 cm and your bust is 90 cm, simply calculate the difference. 90 - 75 = 15 You're a B cup.
