Anyone attempting to violate our policies will also be subject to legal action and may face charges for attempted fraud. Once the product is shipped, any attempt to cancel an order or obtain a refund through your financial institution without contacting us first will be considered FRAUD, and you will face legal action from our company.

PACKAGE PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES
- Europe (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Netherlands, etc.): 1 - 3 working days
- Rest of Europe: 10 - 15 working days
- Rest of the world: 20 - 30 days
- United States: 5 - 10 working days
- United Kingdom: 5 - 7 working days
- Canada and Australia: 10 - 30 working days

If your order is not delivered within the estimated time, please contact us for assistance!
If your order takes more than 70 days (standard shipping), we will refund your entire order and you keep the item. This does not apply to stolen or lost products or incorrect addresses. We always refer to the tracking number.
Shipping delays may not only be our responsibility but can also be due to suppliers, logistics, and other related support such as reduced air flights, remote or impractical locations, lack of couriers, etc.
Don't worry, we will track your order until you receive it, hoping everything goes smoothly.
Please consider holidays that may impact delivery times.
We work with small sellers worldwide to share their products; some of our products are shipped directly from our overseas sellers. Due to the nature of the shipping industry, delays are often unavoidable. All our delivery times are indicative, and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
I haven’t received my order yet:
If you placed an order and have not received it within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will help you understand what is happening. However, it is unnecessary to ask us about your package 4 days after your purchase. As mentioned, we have a processing and shipping time of 1 to 3 days, and a delivery time of 5 to 10 working days.

Customs Fees:
Customers are responsible for any customs fees that may apply. We do our best to avoid additional customs fees by splitting large orders into multiple shipments. Customs fees are random, and we cannot guarantee whether you will incur them or not. Refusal to pay customs fees is not a valid reason for a refund.
For Pre-ordered or Out-of-Stock Items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or out-of-stock item, we will immediately ship all available items and will ship the pre-ordered or out-of-stock items as soon as they become available. So, if you have ordered multiple items in a single order and only receive part of it, don't worry; you will receive your other items shortly thereafter.
Order Tracking:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS, if you have provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to track your package's journey. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure about your tracking number, please use our order search form by clicking on the “Track My Order” menu.
Please allow 3 to 7 working days for tracking information to appear.
Disclaimer for Incorrect Address:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is entered. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately via email if you think you have provided an incorrect delivery address.

Ideeva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for the order. If tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, you should contact the carrier or local authorities to resolve the issue. We will not provide refunds or replacements for stolen or lost products.
