REFUND AND RETURN POLICY


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. For example, perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (where applicable)


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or refused.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for the official posting of your refund. Then, reach out to your bank. The posting of a refund often involves a processing delay. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ideeva.com.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at info@ideeva.com.

Shipping costs related to returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth over €75, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
